City of Banning

  • ECONSolutions worked with the City of Banning and Sage Investment Co. to reposition a former Kmart, with new retailers including Big 5 Sporting Goods, Hobby Lobby, Marshalls and Party City.
  • A new multi-tenant pad development brought Chipotle, Mattress Firm, and T-Mobile. 

City of Diamond Bar

  • ECONSolutions worked with the City of Diamond Bar and Smart & Final to help open a new Smart & Final Extra store on March 16, 2016 in a former Haggen site. On the day of the opening, Pat Barber, Vice President of Smart & Final stated “We’re having a great day in Diamond Bar and very happy to be there.”
  • ECONSolutions also helped facilitate a Lease transaction for WaBa Grill to occupy a Starbucks space in Diamond Bar that became available because of the relocation of Starbucks to a new facility with a drive-thru.
  • Diamond Bar Ranch included the re-positioning of former Kmart with Ross, Sprouts Farmer Market, Chipotle, Coffe Bean & Tea Leaf, and The Habit Burger Grill.

City of Eastvale

  • The Station at Goodman Commerce Center Eastvale is a new ground up retail center that is part of a 190 acre commerce center at I-15 and Cantu-Galleano Ranch Road. Committed use includes a new Costco, In-N-Out Burger, Quick Quack Carwash and Starbucks, along with more retailer and restaurants coming.
  • Eastvale Marketplace is a new shopping center developed by Evergreen that is 100% leased and includes Smart & Final Extra, Les Schwab Tires, Migeul’s Jr., El Pollo Loco, Burgerim, and Pieology.
  • ECONSolutions worked with Lewis Retail and the City of Eastvale on a transaction where Dick’s Sporting Goods will open a new store in a former Sports Chalet store at Eastvale Gateway. 

City of Upland

  • ECONSolutions supported Grocery Outlet’s desire to move into a former Fresh & Easy store location in Upland. Bill Coyle, the Vice President for Grocery Outlet said “the new Grocery Outlet had a solid opening and they’re pleased with the location and performance of the new store in Upland.”
  • ECONSolutions also worked with the City of Upland and brokers for Whole Foods that resulted in a transaction for a new 365 by Whole Foods store concept at Sycamore Hills in Upland. The new store was the first location for Whole Foods in the Inland Region. Other uses included CVS, MOD Pizza, Waba Grill, and Starbucks.
  • ECONSolutions worked with the City of Upland and Wood Investments Inc. on plans to reposition a 120,000 S.F. shopping center at the NE corner of Foothill Blvd. and Euclid Ave. that includes Burlington, Ross, 99 Cents Only, MOD Pizza, Raising Caine’s, and others.
